A Sydney CBD Development & Project Management consultancy is seeking a Project Manager strong in front-end coordination or design to join a highly experienced leadership team.
This is an opportunity to manage projects that make a real difference in the community, from affordable/social housing, university, and seniors living construction projects.
You’ll work closely with internal leaders who bring decades of industry experience, providing a supportive environment to learn, grow, and take your career to the next level. They’ve made recent promotions and look to push their Project Managers to the Senior PM level.
This role is ideal for a project manager looking to pivot from sectors like education or school projects, or someone with proven experience in residential or commercial construction looking for a long-term home.

What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience on the client side
- 5+ years total industry experience
- Strong front-end or design delivery skills are highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in the fields of design/architecture, engineering, construction management, property, or similar
- Residential, Commercial, or Education (schools/universities) construction experience is highly desired
- Design or mechanical engineering background advantageous
- Ability to work directly with both private and public sector clients and deliver projects that matter!
