Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of a residential project from the ground up? Our client, a well-established mid-tier builder with a strong pipeline of work, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis, with the genuine opportunity to move into a permanent role.
About the Role You will lead the delivery of a residential construction project, ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and budget targets are met. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management, you’ll play a key role in driving project performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and QA processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Provide clear reporting and progress updates to senior leadership
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential or mixed-use construction
• Background with a mid-tier builder (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
• Available for an immediate or ASAP start
• Full working rights in Australia
