With several successful projects on the ground and in the design phase they are in an excellent position for the new financial year and beyond.
Due to their continued success we are actively searching for a Project Manager with industrial; and or commercial experience. (Sorry - Residential experience would not suit this company).
Ideally, we are looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 10 years’ experience who is able to lead projects from Estimation, project win through to construction delivery and handover, liaising with the Construction Manager on a weekly basis. You will manage a Contract Administrator who will assist in the procurement of subcontractors, assist in managing claims, variations etc. You’ll manage up to 3 projects at the most. Projects range from $5m to $30m in value.
We are looking for a Project Manager who has exposure to Design and Construct projects, while managing consultants and authorities etc.
Based in their Pyrmont office you’ll play an important role to success of office ensuring the region hits its profits and turnover requirements. Nice culture - Flat Management structure, Internal Design, Excellent client and sub-contractor relationships. Systems include – Jobpac, Aconex and Procure, Timberline for Estimating.
