Key Requirements (Essential)
- Proven experience managing projects with a value of $70 Million or more is essential.
- Must have prior experience working as a Project Manager for a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company.
- Demonstrated ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, control budgets, maintain schedules, and ensure rigorous quality and safety standards.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prior experience in delivering health, hospital, or live operational environment refurbishments is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.
- Experience specifically with complex refurbishments, demonstrating proficiency in navigating logistical and operational challenges.
