Contracts Administrator - Civil Infrastructure | Sydney | 6-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a major civil infrastructure project in Sydney. This is a temporary role for up to 6 months, offering an immediate start and the opportunity to work with a leading principal contractor on one of the region's landmark developments.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a major civil infrastructure project in Sydney. This is a temporary role for up to 6 months, offering an immediate start and the opportunity to work with a leading principal contractor on one of the region's landmark developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer head and subcontractor contracts in line with project and commercial requirements
- Manage procurement activities including tendering, evaluations, and contract awards
- Review, assess, and negotiate variations, claims, and progress payments
- Support the project team with cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in civil infrastructure or construction
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial processes
- Exposure to large-scale civil projects (roads, utilities, bridges, or similar)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Available to start ASAP
- Duration: Up to 6 months (potential for extension)
- Location: Sydney
- Type: Temporary contract with daily rates
