About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist with the procurement phase of a major new build project. This short-term contract (2–3 months) is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and is familiar with large-scale commercial construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end procurement management including issuing packages, tender analysis, and contract negotiation
  • Letting subcontracts and managing supplier relationships
  • Working closely with the project team to align procurement with construction schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with internal systems and procedures
  • Using Jobpac or Cheops for project tracking and contract administration
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale commercial construction projects (preferably $100M+)
  • Strong procurement and subcontractor management skills
  • Proficiency in Jobpac or Cheops
  • Available for an immediate start
