Job description

CGC Recruitment are looking for a Project Manager to join a residential construction company specialising in architecturally designed, high-end homes across Sydney’s prestigious Eastern Suburbs. With a strong pipeline of luxury projects and a reputation for quality craftsmanship, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bespoke residential builds from concept to completion.

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle on luxury residential builds valued between $4M–$10M. You’ll liaise with architects, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Our client is looking for a PM to add value to the company and can contribute to future projects and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost reporting
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to achieve design intent
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards
  • Lead site meetings, manage variations, and oversee procurement
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end or luxury residential construction
  • Solid understanding of building processes, Australian Standards, and BCA
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues proactively
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering premium-quality homes
