The Role:
As Project Manager, you will report to the Construction Manager and collaborate closely with the internal Design Team. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a major mixed-use project comprising over 900 residential units, retail precincts, parklands, and extensive landscaping works—valued at approximately $600M

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all project phases from concept to handover
- Leading project teams and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure program, budget, and design milestones are met
- Overseeing D&C design management and buildability reviews
- Ensuring site safety, quality control, and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Engaging with council, consultants, and external parties as required
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience delivering high-rise residential projects in Sydney
- Strong programming, planning, and logistics capabilities, particularly in high-density urban environments
- Confidence liaising with councils and managing stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Work with respected senior leadership in the development sector
- Secure long-term career prospects with a robust project pipeline
- Competitive remuneration package: $240K – $260K (depending on experience)
