  • Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and client representatives to resolve quality issues.
About You:
  • Trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 4–5 years’ experience as a quality professional, with a strong background in E&I inspection.
  • Experience on large-scale oil & gas projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with SMP scopes and associated inspection requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian standards and QA/QC processes.
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
  • Current driver’s licence and required site certifications (e.g., White Card).
  • Willingness to transition from metro-based to FIFO work as the project progresses.
What We Offer:
  • Metro Phase (First 3 Months): $165,000 package (including superannuation)
  • FIFO Phase (18-24 Months Construction): $215,000 package (including site uplift & superannuation)
  • Metro-based onboarding followed by FIFO (2:2) roster for construction.
  • Career development opportunities within a reputable engineering services provider.
  • The chance to be part of a landmark oil & gas project in Australia.
