The Company
Our client is a well-respected privately owned tier two builder who is turning over more than $600M and currently employs over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most commercial sectors and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $100M. 
 
Their QLD operation has been operating for 15 years and they have an excellent name across the Queensland building market. In QLD they are known for delivering projects in the education, health and agecare sectors from a value of $5M to $50M. Their Brisbane office operate with around 70 staff.
  
The Position – Project Manager 
With several successful tenders coming through the door we are looking for a Project Manager who is capable of delivering projects of a value of $30M to $40M mark. This could be an education project, a health project or a social housing apartment project which are all government funded projects.

Ideal background

• Construction Management degree or trade background 
• Experience working with a commercial builder of a similar size
• Experience delivering projects of $20M plus
• Health and education experience would be an advantage
• Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long term career opportunity 
• Able to lead a team
