They specialise in construction client-side Project Management, across a diverse array of sectors including: Commercial, Retail, Residential, Health & Hospital, Aviation, Justice, Road & Rail Transport and Education amongst others.
 
The Brisbane office is the Global HQ and home to the senior leadership team and highly experienced Project Managers.
  
They are a dynamic, growing business with a close-knit social environment. Regular Thursday / Friday get togethers, plus quarterly and annual events inviting many of their close clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project management services
• Contract administration, superintendent & principal representative services
• Co-ordinating and communicating with consultant teams and project stakeholders
• Maintaining project records, minute taking & other project management support services

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a consultant in Project Management,
• Demonstrated experience working on building projects (commercial, healthcare, retail, education etc),
• Relevant tertiary education (Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar),
• Sound knowledge of construction industry legislation
• A confident and proactive communicator capable of working as part of a high performing team
• Polished and professional report writing skills
• Solid IT Proficiency
