Established over 40 years ago this highly respected builder who specialise in the commercial, education, health/age care sectors are expanding their operation in the Newcastle & Port Mac region. Due to a recent project win there is an opportunity for a Project Manager to come into the business in their NSW office.
 
You will be joining a small team based out of Newcastle including the following – Design manager, CA, SM & Safety advisor initially to work on the 2nd stage of a $30m education project 
 
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience with a similar size builder and experience working with either education or health infrastructure and exposure to the CG21 contract would a big advantage .
 
To be considered for this role of Project Manager you will have:

• Worked for a similar size builder in Australia
• Have experience delivering projects of $15M plus
• Have stability on your CV
• Competent with cost reporting and programming
• Excellent man management skills
• Able to work in team environment
• Able to lead from the front
• Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
