Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well reputed, established commercial and industrial construction head contractor who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to come in and work closely with the senior management team in a key hire for the business.
The Client
The client specialise in delivering commercial & industrial construction projects within Perth for a range of high profile clients. Projects vary in size and scale, typically ranging from $10-60m. With a team of 25 employees, they have experienced steady growth since establishing the business over 10 years ago, and have a young, dynamic and high performing team.
The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team comprising of the 2 Director and 1 Project Manager at a strategic level, whilst also being responsible for project delivery.
An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with 5+ years experience, ideally with prior exposure to delivering either new build or refurb commercial construction projects $5m+ in value. You will have a strong commercial background, with prior exposure as a CA, across contracts / sub contractor management and relevant degree qualifications in either Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
