The project consist of a commercial admin building, an industrial hanger, civil works and a helipad.
Ideally, we are looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 10 years’ experience who is able to lead D&C from award through to construction delivery and handover liaising with the Construction Manager on a weekly basis.
You will manage a Contract Administrator who will assist in the procurement of subcontractors, assist in managing claims, variations etc. You’ll manage one possibly 2 projects at the most. Projects range from $5m to $30m in value.
We are looking for a Project Manager who has exposure to Design and Construct projects, while managing consultants and authorities etc.
Based in their office you’ll play an important role to success of the office ensuring the region hits its profits and turnover requirements. Nice culture - Flat Management structure, Excellent client and sub-contractor relationships. Simple and effective systems. Will consider a good builder you do not necessarily have to come from a degree background.
