By constantly delivering projects in partnership with clients and sub-contractors this mid-tier commercial builder has paved an excellent reputation for having the ability to deliver a wide variety of projects ranging from $10M to $100M. Operating in the Commercial, Age Care, Health, Defence, Industrial and Retail sector they are extremely busy and are looking to bolster their Brisbane team with an experienced Project Manager.
 
The role – Project Manager 
We are looking for a Project Manager for the long term and grow with the business during a key development stage of the QLD arm moving into larger projects.

The QLD arm are close to securing 4 key projects and they are looking to bolster their team with an experienced PM. The projects they are close to securing are in the education, commercial and industrial sectors. 
  
This builder’s office is located just outside the CBD.
 

What you need to be considered:

• Proven experience delivering projects of $15/$20M plus
• Experience with a known Tier 2 builder
• A mixed project portfolio is preferred
• A completed construction management degree
• Stability with previous employers
• Be a team player and able to lead from the front
