The Role: 
Due to an increase in work we are looking for a Project Manager to join the business. You will be hands on managing one or multiple projects with a full team to support you, reporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager
 
Your Experience:  
Naturally we are looking for a Proejct Manager / Senior Project Manager who has experience in fit out or heavy refurb projects from $15m plus and someone who is able to operate in highly compliant and systems orientated business. 
  
As a Project Manager, you will ideally have a Construction degree and proven history delivering projects in the Fit out / Refurb sector. 
 
You will also need: 
  • Experience with a similar size builder 
  • A strong Commercial background
  • Constructurefurb experience
  • Able to run a team 
  • Previous experience with a well known builder
  • Strong client relationships skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player
