Job description

The Company: 
  • Operating for some 5 years, this Building contractor are enjoying sustained growth across all sectors which is why they are looking for a Project Manager on a full-time basis. Sutherland Shire Based. 
  • Heavily involved in the leisure sector, including pubs, clubs , restaurants and hotels. 
  • Also build Duplexes and high end homes for developers and Architects. 
  • Small company with achievable growth targets. 
  • Have invested in solid systems (procore and jobpac etc) 
  • None adversarial business and pick up a lot of repeat business and have excellent subby relationships
The Role: 
  • As the Project Manager you will naturally get involved in the financial, project delivery, client management elements however working for this builder you will be exposed to a whole lot more.
  • Our client is looking for someone who has a head for business and can work with clients in a proactive manner and be part of the success.
  • You will also get involved in front end work winning strategies and assist in growing the business reporting to the owner who is a professional and easy-going guy,
  • Your energy, enthusiasm and keenness for career development will be a key attribute to your success as will be your ability to drive project while maintaining excellent stakeholder relations. 
  • You will ideally have exposure to Procore, however not essential.  
  • Will suit a PM with a few years Project Mangaement experience under thier belt but looking to grow with a small yet established business. 
Projects: 
  • Project very in size and complexity, mainly based around Hospitality, commercial fit outs, refurbishments, high-end homes, and boutique duplexes. Projects range from $500k to $10m.
