Job description
The Company:
- For some 13 years this builder has continued to push the envelope in terms of innovation across their client base which has seen the group grow organically, now deliver projects up to $20m. Their client based in purely in Government focussed, working with federal and state agencies including Defence, Public works, Justice and Transport.
- Its due to growth they are looking to engage a Project Manager on a full time based to be based in Mascot. As a Project Manager you’ll manage from 1 to 3 from $5m to $20m projects depending on size and complexity, working with project Administrators and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality and in budget.
- We are ideally looking for someone who comes from a tier 2 / 3 background but wants to change and have the flexibility and work life balance a smaller company brings.
- You'll be a well presented, natural communicator who understands how to foster and build strong relationships with government departments, you'll have a solid understanding of Design and Construct projects driving design (external) consultants in the first instance through to delivery.
- Experience in Procore would be an advantage, not essential – capable working across multiple projects.
- Drive projects and achieve agreed budget, time and quality standards.
