The Company:

We’re actively seeking a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager for our client who predominately work with state and federal government organisations delivering remedial projects throughout NSW. Projects ranging from $500k to $8m
They have excellent relationship with the ATO, DoD, Housing and Parliamentary Services to name a few and they're winning a huge amount of work across the board.
Although the company is relatively small, they pack a punch in terms of their ability to deliver. The business itself has been born out of highly regarded building professionals who are still hands on and have a passion for thier employees.

The Work:

Delivering multiple projects ranging in value from $500k to $5m for a major Government department.
Managing all stakeholders, contracts - GC21 and AS4001 forms of contract.
Design and Construct projects. Managing design consultants, the budget and cost reporting,
Working with repeat clients on a range of projects, some will be small, so you’ll have to be flexible in this regard. Generally speaking, projects are $1m +

The Candidate:

We are ideally looking for someone who comes from the remedial space however will consider general construction experience.
Looking for a PM who can think on their feet, problem solve and manage good relationships.
You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to foster and build strong relationships with government departments, you'll have a solid understanding of Design and Construct projects driving design (external) consultants in the first instance through to delivery.
Managing variation in a collaborative and open fashion.
