The Role:
Due to ongoing success and a clear business plan, now is an exciting time to join the tean, responsible for the successful delivery of a $45m Federal Government Project, working out of their Smithfield office.
With 2 direct (multiple indirect) reports you will be a natural leader and mentor who is able to communicate, organise and drive a successful team covering Design, Procurement, Production, Cost, Contracts/Admin and above all else Safety. You’ll have resilience, drive, motivation and be prepared to go the extra mile to pull a demanding project in on time.

About you:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have hands on Project Management experience, working on GC 21 contracts, coupled with the ability to drive design, while controlling, cost, quality, culture, and staff wellbeing. This is an existing project and will require someone with high work rate, dedication to project deliverables and the ability to manage internal teams while reporting up the line on project fundamentals (time, cost, schedule, safety and contractual obligations)
