The Company
Privately owned commercial builder with strong ties to the hospitality market, delivering both new and refurbishment works. They have been emerged as one of the up and coming Sydney builders over the past 8 years becoming specialists in their field and pride themselves on providing a supportive and collaborative environment. The directors of the company enjoy being involved in the day to day running, largely focusing their time in the design management process.
The Position:
As Project Manager, you will manage the procurement process, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with your site team and drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion. You will also manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.
We are looking for someone that has the capably to manage the entire project from procurement through to final accounts that understands how to manage programme and budgets.
Experience Required
You must have experience working within the hospitality sector as 70% of the companies pipeline of projects lie within this sector
Projects will typically range from $2M - $10M and are a combination of tendered and design and construction works with new build, refurbishment and fitout
Culture:
