You will be joining a builder with a long history in the commercial/industrial sector who are specialist in their field. You will benefit from joining a sector that is set to boom over the coming years with the introduction of automation and increased need to online retail.
Position
Reporting into a Construction Manager you will use your strong stakeholder and project management skills leading and coordinating of all participants on the project, ensure expectations are understood and agreed, program designed and developed than closely monitored, key milestones met, and delivery performance and financial targets are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have probably come from commercial / industrial background and have experience delivering projects valued to $30M
Salary will be reflective of your experience; we are looking at candidates in the $180K - $200K bracket.
