The Company
We are currently working in partnership with a builder that has worked in the Brisbane & Sydney construction markets for over 10 years. Over that time, they have developed a reputation for producing a quality project on time and on budget. With the main bulk of their work within the Fit-out/Refurbishment and small new build market they have an established base of both client and subcontractors. 

Their Brisbane team have had a great start to 2023 which is forcing them to grow the team and are looking got a Project Manager to come into the business.

The directors are very keen to maintain the current positive atmosphere as it has seen the company grow year on year due to its success.

The Role – Project Manager
  
You will be responsible for running your own projects with the support of the QLD Director who you will be reporting to and working alongside. Their projects in QLD vary from a $1m fit out to a $20M new build in the commercial/retail spaces. 

Your Background: 

• Someone who has been a Project Manager for at least 4 years
• Keen to progress their career.
• Worked for a similar sized builder
• Stability with previous employers
• Commercial/retail background is preferred although not essential 
• For this role attitude, intelligence and ambition is more important that previous experience.
• You must have a genuine passion for what you do and want to be part of a company which aims to enhance your opportunities through support and training.
