The company has 4 divisions which consists of a construction, fit out and refurbishment, remedial and joinery. They are one of the main players in the remedial sector where their projects can be as large as $80M.
The Role:
Due to an increase in work we are looking for a Project Manager / SPM to join the business. You will be hands on managing one or multiple projects with a full team to support you, reporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager
Your Experience:
Naturally we are looking for a Proejct Manager / Senior Project Manager who has experience in remedial and / or heavy refurb projects from $10 to $100m and someone who is able to operate in highly compliant and systems orientated business.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will ideally have a Construction degree and proven history delivering projects in the remedial / building refurbishment sector.
