The Company
  
With over 4 decades of experience this mid-tier builder has a strong history delivering work for well-known government organisations as well as private sector educational and aged care providers. They currently employ around 50 people and over the last 12-18 month have become a major player in the luxury residential market working with some of Sydney’s most respected architects.
  
The Position
  
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement process, coordination of subcontractors, liaising with your site team to drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion. You will manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.

Ideal background
  • Construction Management or related degree and min 5 + years’ experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong technical building/design knowledge and experience working with tier one or two builders
  • Demonstrated leaderships skills and ability to drive and motivate your team
  • Local experience within the Sydney marketplace
