Our client is a leading mid tier builder that has more than doubled over the last two years. They employ a professional and dedicated team of approx. 120 staff who cover the entire project lifecycle.
They have secured forwarding work until 2023 so will not be affected should there be a downturn in the residential market, so employees will enjoy job security

The Position:
Reporting into a Construction Manager you will use your strong stakeholder and project management skills leading and coordinating of all participants on the project, ensure expectations are understood and agreed, program design and developed than closely monitored, key milestones met, and delivery performance and financial targets are achieved.
You will benefit from joining projects at the bid stages and will be able to help value engineer projects you are involved in.

Ideal background
- Construction Management degree or related and experiencing delivering projects in excess of $50M
- Understanding of the complexities of working on multistory, an inner-city sites.
- Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long-term career opportunity
