A D&C commercial/Industrial builder who have been operating in QLD for over 40 years have a great reputation in the industry. They are currently turning over around $150M with over 40 staff in the business and have a full order book for the remainder of 2019.
 
The role – Project Manager
They are looking for a Project Manager to join the business. Your first initial project will depend on the timing of your appointment but will be an industrial development. Their projects range anything from $5M to $40M. 

What you need

• A recognized construction qualification
• Experience with a similar size builder
• Commercial /Industrial background is preferred
• Experience delivering projects of $10M plus
• Stability with previous employers
• A team player
