Established 6 years ago this highly respected D&C Builder who also deliver their own developments have created a fantastic name in South East QLD and due to recent project wins find themselves in a period of growth. Their project portfolio varies from residential high rise unit developments to luxury homes to agecare to education.
 
The role – Project Manager – Gold Coast
Their projects are in various locations between Brisbane and the Gold Coast but their office is located in heart of the Gold Coast. They are looking for a Project Manager to deliver a $25M residential apartment project located on the Gold Coast that starts construction in around 4 weeks.

They are looking for an experienced PM who has previous experience delivering residential apartment projects or mixed use projects of $15M or larger. This experience would have been gained from working with a well known Tier 2 builder or Tier 3 builder.
 
What you need to be considered:

• A construction related qualification
• Proven experience delivering multi-level residential projects as a PM
• Experience delivering projects $15M plus
• Stability on your CV with previous employers
