Established in NSW over 20 year this well established and award winning builder has gone from strength to strength and over the last 3 years. They are a major player in the local marketplace competing against NSW’s leading mid-tier builders. They have an annual turnover of $300M and employ in excess of 120 staff.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement process, master programming, coordination of subcontractors, project financials and liaising with your site team to drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion. You will manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.
You will be based on site on a project in Norwest and have a full team supporting you.

Salary will depend on experience however figures above $200K are achievable.
