The Client 
 
An Australian owned specialist Civil Contractor who are involved in all aspects of Civil, Mining, Commercial Concrete works and have a proven reputation of  top quality projects on time and within budget.
 
The Role
 
The position will take a lead Engineering role and report between the Project Manager on site and the State Construction Manager where responsibilities will include;  being responsible for plan and estimate and quantities of materials required for all main structural concrete components where required; monitor and supervise concrete pours ensuring QA is met; develop construction methodologies and procedures, maintaining project documentation, ensure deigns requirement are met as per specifications and interface with design teams.

The project scope is around $12ml and the role will be based on a 2/1 FIFO Roster out of Brisbane so as of the current nature of the market, applicants must be based in QLD. The project will be roughly 4 months in duration so the role will be an initial contract position with the aim to developing into a full time role dependent on the outcome of project work back in Brisbane. 
 
Skills Required: 
 
- Civil Engineering Degree
- Minimum 5 years post grade experience
- Must possesses experience within Concrete Structures  
- Experience working with a Tier 2/3 Contractor will be an advantage
- Possess Strong Leadership skills 
- Willing to work on a 2/1 FIFO Roster
