Job description

Due to an exciting period of growth, a highly regarded contractor are looking to bring on an Environmental Project Engineer to the Sydney based railway team.
They have a large order book, a reputation for quality and exciting railway projects to develop your career on.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Providing project engineering support to effectively forecast, plan, manage and report on the current and future program of works and its associated budget and costs
  • Support the Construction Team in efficiently delivering all construction activities with emphasis on safety
  • Coordination of activities within functional areas to achieve delivery on time, in scope and within budget, consistent with project KPIs
  • Collating of field records as part of the As Built process, identifying and actioning variations as necessary
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Ideally 4+ years post graduate experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with cost control, forecasting and understanding scope of works
  • Knowledge of the railway sector would be highly regarded
