CGC Recruitment have again partnered with one of their longstanding clients, who are a leading QLD Civil Contractor who deliver complex infrastructure projects from Lismore up to the North QLD Peninsula Their key areas of focus includes; Roads, Mining and Urban Development Projects. 
 
They have recently secured a number of projects in their NSW business and have identified a critical need for a Project Engineer to join the business on a full time basis and deliver works around the Coastal Northern Rivers. 
 
Reporting to the Project Manager you be responsible for; preparing, schedule, perform quality control (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status. You will be the Engineering rep on site and although you will get good support from the Project Manager we are looking to speak to self motivated Project Engineers who can run jobs with limited supervision. Scopes will include earthworks, retaining walls, stormwater, drainage, trunk water-main install etc. 
 
The role is located in a Coastal area of Northern NSW with accommodation being provided, with works being on a Mon-Fri basis so would be well suited to an Engineer who is keen to escape the city life and deliver project right next to the beach!
