Seeking a Project Engineer to step in to a Junior PM for a leading tier two builder who are deeply ingrained in Health, Education and Commercial projects ranging from $5m to $80m predominantly highly technical remedial projects, CBD and City fringes locations. 

They have a flat management structure where Senior Managers are still involved in day to day operations offering support and advise to ensure an excellent results and a successful project for all stakeholders.  

They are renowned for their company culture from a corporate and site level, staff retention and employee satisfaction. 

They are seeking a Project Engineer who has the ability to drive a project while maintaining, design intent, program and quality, managing a project team to ensure a quality project. 

Projects will range from $5m to $80m spanning all Building types and all having unique challenges. They hold engineering degrees in good stead due to the solutions minded people these degrees tend to produce. 

Projects are technical and need PMs to be able to think outside the box and be a solutions focused project lead.

Ideally looking for a Project Engineer who:

• Has tier 2/3 experience - $10m to $50m or higher.
• Comes with a driven and proactive manner.  
• Degree Qualified - Engineering ( Construction Management also considered) 
• Able to manage a team, drive design and manage consultants
• solutions focused - Team player with open communication skills.
