Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play an integral role in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil and demolition projects. You’ll support site operations and project teams to ensure successful outcomes, while applying both technical and strong administrative skills to manage documentation, compliance, and project performance.

The Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play an integral role in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil and demolition projects. You’ll support site operations and project teams to ensure successful outcomes, while applying both technical and strong administrative skills to manage documentation, compliance, and project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day project delivery, planning, and scheduling
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain project documentation, records, and compliance registers
- Track project progress against budget and schedule
- Ensure all safety, environmental, and quality standards are met
- Provide accurate reports and contribute to project improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Aconex, MS Project)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with site and office teams
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Experience in demolition and decommissioning projects
- Background in hazardous material handling or industrial dismantling
- Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 + superannuation
