Job Opportunity: Project Engineer - Temporary Contract
Are you an experienced Project Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) in Wagga? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join them on a temporary basis for a 5-6 month contract.

About the Role: As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our road maintenance projects, which are at various stages of delivery and development. This position offers an ASAP start and will require your expertise in managing projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise and manage relationships with the design team, geotechnical team, environment, and delivery units.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in road maintenance projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the transportation sector.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
