CGC Recruitment have partnered with one of our long standing clients nationally to source a Project Director to lead and roll out a complex Control Systems Upgrade in South East Queensland. The role will have full project accountability and responsibilities will include; managing operational processes and commercial obligations, review and approve project management plans, monitor quality management & manage processes, implement projects controls thought the program and build and maintain client relationships. 

As Project Director you will have the following reports: 

- Project Managers

- Project Co-coordinators

- Engineers 

- Supervisors

- Field Crew 

- Support Staff 

We are looking to speak to Senior Managers who are capable of leading and managing medium scale programs of work around the $20-50ml mark and specific pre-requites for the role include: 

- Minimum of 10 years Project Management experience

- Must have prior experience in complex control systems and SCADA projects   

- A proven background in project controls and commercial management

- Experience in full life-cycle project management

- Natural; leadership skills   

- High attention to detail 

This role would be well suited to a Senior PM looking to make a step up to Project Director level and make a mark on a highly complex and challenging infrastructure project in Brisbane.
