• See projects through from start to hand over.
• Reporting directly to the MD 
• Overseeing a project team of 3
• KPI and BD bonuses/incentives
• Offering of Directorship
• Ability to bring in networks and connections within the industry

You will:

• Manage project scope from development to handover.
• Manage design development as well as up-front regulatory approvals.
• Bring in new networks and connections within the infrastructure space
• Appoint contractors through the process of competitive tendering
• Identify and manage construction risks through the build process
• Manage project expenditure and cash flow
• Identification and rectification of defects
• Have a positive and optimistic attitude
• Be responsible for stakeholder management and procurement strategy
• Be the business face to the client.

  
You will have:

• Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar.
• Minimum 6 + years’ experience delivering construction projects from start to finish
• Strong Stakeholder or client relationship skills
• Project financial reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to priorities tasks
• Construction, build or civil background/exposure.
• Business Development skillset
