Our client is currently looking to engage a Project Director experienced in business bases and project delivery for an initial 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generally the day-to-day project contact
• Oversee the performance and management of contracted service providers
• Responsible for completing all Consultant Performance Reports (CPRs)
• Evaluate the performance of projects in terms of cost, time and quality within a risk management framework
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of project performance and risk
• Oversee the procurement processes for services providers and contractors
• Monitor and report on project performance
• Manage, facilitate and coordinate tender evaluation meetings as required
• The management of designs that align with SINSW standard guidelines and policies including design guidance notes, Educational Facility
• Standards and Guidelines, business case processes etc
• Act as the Principal's Representative The NSW Government is investing $8.6 billion over the next 4 years, continuing its program to deliver 160 new and upgraded schools to support communities across NSW.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the SINSW division to leverage expertise and ensure the seamless planning, scoping, and scheduling of infrastructure projects to achieve desired outcomes  
• Obtain internal approval from key stakeholders including EFSG, SLEC, Transport, heritage, Sustainability, Statutory Planning, Disability
• Work with the SPD and direct the PO to undertake all tasks required for the project assurance review processes to ensure readiness to proceed and H26successful completion of gateway milestones for internal SINSW assurance Reviews and external Infrastructure NSW D28Infrastructure Investor assurance Framework gateway assurance Reviews
