Our client is a highly acclaimed Project Management consultancy renowned for their excellence in delivering a diverse range of construction projects in both the private and public sectors. Winning awards for their efforts and work in the consultancy sector with a significant pipeline of current and future projects, this PMC is now expanding their operations and seeking a talented Project Director to join and grow the team.

This role is suitable for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can bring in new business, has previous experience in managing and leading teams, has proven experience in a business’s financials, and finally, can deliver large and complex construction projects.

This is an active role with a lucrative bonus and profit share incentive scheme where you will report directly to the Managing Director of the business.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead by Example: As a Project Director, you'll be at the helm, guiding a team of Project Managers to success. Your leadership skills will inspire and empower others to achieve their full potential.
  • Strategic Planning: With your keen eye for opportunity, you'll spearhead business development efforts, identifying new avenues for growth and cultivating relationships with clients in both the private and public sectors.
  • Financial Oversight: You'll take ownership of the financial health of the projects and the business as a whole, ensuring that budgets are managed efficiently, and profitability targets are met.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance 
  • Network Expansion: Leveraging your network and industry expertise, you'll actively seek out new business opportunities, contributing to the continued success and expansion of this consultancy.
