The Role: 

Due to an expansion and a demand for projects within the industry they are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with the upcoming demand. You will be reporting into the Operations Manager working within the project delivery team. Assisting and managing materials, subcontractors, suppliers, pricing, design, procurement, production and installation. You will receive a high level of on the job training with great exposure to the project life-cycle.  

• Work closely with the CEO of Operations you will play an integral role on the delivery of specialised projects in both the Commercial & Architectural Residential Sectors 
• Planning and scheduling of day to day site activities in conjunction with the Site Manager to ensure project milestones are met
• Management of budgets, timeline and varies
• OHS and contract negotiations through to project handover
• Quality control and assurance
• Coordination of trades
