Highly active and industry leading facade contractor in the Australian market delivering commercial facade turn key solutions within the Mid-Tier Market. Success within the company has been built through strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, architectures and employee. They have grown organically over the years and are looking to add to their teams with hard working Project Coordinators.
The Role:
Due to an expansion and a demand for full turn key driven facade projects within the industry they are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with the upcoming demand. You will be reporting into a Project Manager working within the project delivery team. Assisting and managing materials, subcontractors, suppliers, pricing, design, procurement, production and installation. You will receive a high level of on the job training with great exposure to the project life-cycle.
About You:

About You:
- Keen eye for detail, self motivated and driven.
- 2 years + experience in project co-ordination in the facade sector
- Coordination of materials and sub-contractors
- Assist in management of procurement, budgets, cash flows and design coordination.
- Previous experience in either windows, doors, glassing, curtain walls, cladding and/or facades essential.
- Tertiary/trade background in Building/Construction highly desired.
