Job description

The Role
Based in the CBD office of a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, working within the Building Services Team,  you will be working autonomously in a busy team, aiding the delivery of projects. 
  
In this role you will:  
  • Monitor financial performance of the project with Accounts team and report back to team
  • Ensure each project team is briefed on the project at hand, coordinating and running Project meetings, recording minutes
  • Setting up collaboration sites for each project in Microsoft Suite
  • Collaborating with clients when required
  • Understand key timeline of project deliverables and design requirements and communicate deliverables to project team
  • Collaborate with project team to deliver weekly client updates
  • Keeping the Client Stakeholder informed of team’s performance throughout project

Relevant qualification and 3+ years experience in similar role
  • Advanced IT skills including MS Suite

  • Effective in making key decisions and influencing stakeholders
  • Is a critical thinker and has the ability to execute from beginning to end
