Our Client is one of the most in-demand practices to work for as high-end residential specialists in Sydney. With a waiting list of high-end clientele, they are actively seeking an experienced Project Architect with strong design, communication and client-facing skills to get involved in running iconic residential home projects.
The Role:
Work underneath a highly reputable Director with a fantastic reputation, liaise with high profile clients on iconic luxury residential homes in some of Sydney's most scenic and prestigious suburbs.
In this highly rewarding and fast-paced role you will take the project from initial stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong focus on design
- 3D Modelling using ArchiCAD
- Client interfacing
- Involved in the full project cycle from concept to completion
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time
- 5-10 years experience
- Proven experience working on high-end residential homes - local experiencing Sydney is imperative
- Relevant qualifications in Architecture (University)
- Confident ArchiCAD skills is a must
- Registration would be preferable
