Well-established within the industry, my client is a medium sized, architectural practice that specialises in producing innovative designs for educational projects. They're currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to step into a managerial role.

The Candidate 

As a Senior Project Architect, you will have the opportunity to create real change in where the next generation learns.

You will be required to:

• Manage projects through from concept to delivery
• Influence the design process
• Liaise with and manage clients, staff members, consultants and other relevant stakeholders
• Be responsible for resource planning, programming and delivery 
• Liaise with the Director, report project progress and assist when requested
• Easily manage and overcome issues in a timely manner with a positive attitude

Requirements

• Relevant Architectural tertiary qualifications or in an equivalent discipline 
• A minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience
• A desire to develop your architectural, design and leadership skills 
• Proficient in ArchiCAD
• Excellent technical and design skills - with a portfolio to prove it 
• Prior experience with education projects is desired but not essential 
• A valid NSW Registration would be an added bonus
