This contractor provides commercial joinery & furniture across high end commercial & corporate fitout. With withstanding relationships with Fitout contractors & Architects they are well placed in the industry for the long term. With a well-structured, progressive, and innovative team across design, estimating, manufacturing and delivery you will be joining a high performing and supportive team delivering commercial projects up to $2M.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project management team for all commercial joinery projects & products.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings.
- Maintain project schedules, track key milestones, and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Manage project-related queries, ensuring prompt responses and issue resolution.
- Support the accounts department with project-related invoicing and payment tracking.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, joinery, or a related industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management tools and software (advantageous but not essential).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with joinery processes, materials, and industry terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
