Job description
A nationally recognised mid-tier contractor is seeking an experienced project administrator to help support a prestigious $100M marine and civil infrastructure upgrade in Regional Victoria.
Working on a 5/2 DIDO roster (approx. 3 hours from Melbourne), you’ll play a key role ensuring best-practice environmental management across a fast-paced, high-risk site.

Working on a 5/2 DIDO roster (approx. 3 hours from Melbourne), you’ll play a key role ensuring best-practice environmental management across a fast-paced, high-risk site.
The Role
- Managing project document control, ensuring correct versioning and compliance
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site and project teams
- Coordinating pre-mobilisation requirements for site personnel and contractors
- Administering consultant agreements, insurances, invoices, and client billing
- Maintaining project systems including Procore and SharePoint
- Assisting with ISO compliance, audits, and quality documentation
- Preparing reports and project updates for management
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned processes
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project administration or similar role
- Previous exposure to construction, engineering, or design environments
- Familiarity with ISO standards, audits, or compliance processes
