A leading Perth-based OEM fabrication business is seeking a full-time Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of fabrication projects for our growing operation.

About the Role:
 
Full-time, Perth-based role
 
Oversee and manage daily production of OEM fabrication projects
 
Lead and coordinate workshop teams to meet delivery timelines and quality expectations
 
Drive production efficiencies, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
 
Liaise with internal stakeholders including design, procurement, and project management teams
 
 About You:
 
Proven experience in OEM mining fabrication, ideally in a leadership or production management role
 
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, workshop management, and team leadership
 
A demonstrated history of career longevity and commitment in previous roles
 
Passionate about quality, safety, and efficiency
 
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
