$80,000 – $120,000 + superannuation
  
Our client is an award-winning residential builder who over the last 30 years has ascended to being one of the largest builders within NSW, and Australia-wide.
 
The focus is to work on providing residential homes for all levels of socioeconomic backgrounds, also from 1st time buyers, up to the higher echelon of luxury homes.

The role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing the bill of quantities, as well as reviewing plans, specifications & schedules to ensure there is no information inconsistencies. You will also be acquiring quotes from suppliers & sub-contractors for labour & material costs respectively.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience

• A track record of estimating experience for a residential builder previously (2+ years)
• A Diploma or Cert IV in Building and Construction
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines & go over and above when required
• Self-driven attitude to maximise your potential
• High level of effective communication across other divisions, particularly pre-construction & sales
