Procurement Manager – 12-Month Project Role
Location: Northern Perth Suburbs
Full-Time | Fixed-Term
A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a major infrastructure upgrade project. This large-scale program involves significant civil, structural, and marine works and requires a procurement professional who can manage complex packages, drive value, and ensure seamless supply performance.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle, work closely with project and construction teams, and play a critical part in delivering a high-profile, technically challenging project.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle, work closely with project and construction teams, and play a critical part in delivering a high-profile, technically challenging project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award
- Develop and implement procurement processes, systems, and compliance frameworks
- Source, assess, and onboard suppliers across multiple categories
- Work with project teams to forecast demand and maintain accurate delivery schedules
- Negotiate competitive pricing and commercial terms
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, accuracy, and risk management
- Manage procurement budgets, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and smarter sourcing
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, QS, or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement management within construction or infrastructure
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems
