Opportunity to take over a warm desk that has been part of CGC for over 7 years. It boasts a strong candidate network and existing client base. We’re looking for someone who can grow the desk and eventually help management build out the a team.
You’ll be reporting to an Associate Director and have multiple career pathways available. This is a 360-recruitment role, with a strong focus on business development, client relationship building, and long-term account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end (360) recruitment processes across permanent roles (with scope for temp placements)
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships
- Build and manage a strong network of top-tier business support professionals

- Experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within business support or a related field
- Strong client engagement and business development skills
- A collaborative mindset and the drive to grow a high-performing desk
- Someone at a senior consultant or above level
